At giftajoy.in, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering your products. However, if you happen to receive a product that is broken, damaged, or unusable, you may request a return as per the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only if the product is received in broken, damaged, or unusable condition.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products must be returned in their original packaging along with all tags, labels, and accessories.
2. Proof Requirement
Customers must provide unpacking proof (photo/video) of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
Without valid proof, return or refund requests may be declined.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking for safe delivery.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only if the product is verified to be damaged, broken, or unusable after inspection.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products returned without proper proof of damage.
Products used, washed, altered, or not in original condition.
